Emotional Processing is part of our Emotional and Cognitive Development (Progress) and is also known as Releasing Suffering Progress with emotional development is more than just about how we feel. It is also about whatever it is that has caused us to feel a particular way.
In this session, Robert will try to unravel the coping conundrum for you and teach some practices designed to illuminate it all.
